Tensor.full()
Creates a tensor with all elements set to a specified value.
Usage
from tinygrad.tensor import Tensor
# create a 3x3 tensor with all elements set to 2
x = Tensor.full((3, 3), 2)
# print the tensor
print(x.numpy())
